  • Regularly updated blog by internationally recognized EDS and hypermobility specialist Jeannie Di Bon, with posts covering a wide variety of topics including movement, exercise, pain, and hypermobility education.
  • Jeannie offers a variety of exercise programs - great for continuing your movement journey.

Understanding and managing pain

  • A 15-minute TED talk by leading pain scientist Lorimer Moseley. This is an excellent and entertaining intro to pain science that I find extremely fascinating.
  • A free, easy to read intro guide to pain science and chronic pain, with helpful tips on managing and reducing pain.
  • A more comprehensive textbook on pain science and management, that is still accessible for the layperson.
