Why Stable Foundations Works

If you start Googling hypermobility workouts, chances are you’ll see the same boring, generic, and low-level exercises. While clamshells and pelvic tilts can be useful in some cases, the vast majority of hypermobility rehab out there treats you like you’re fragile. Russell understands that in order to feel strong, you have to train strong and treats every client like they’re an athlete, NOT a patient. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or new to exercising, Stable Foundations strives to offer a safe but meaningful challenge for all, so that you can be ready for whatever physical obstacles life throws at you.

TESTIMONIALS

Read what my clients have to say

"I recently participated in the Hypermobility Group Training Program, lead by Russell Wolfe and as someone who has been trying to address my hypermobility for a long time, this program was perfect! The curriculum and workouts were curated perfectly to the needs of a hypermobile person, I walked away with a better understanding of how my body functions differently than others and felt empowered to use that difference to my advantage.

As an ex-dancer, I had past physiotherapists tell me I could probably never go back to moving how I used to, without pain that is. But after what I learned in this program, I feel confident cross training in a way that supports my goals of continuing to dance and reducing chronic pain.

Thanks Russell, for putting together this one of a kind program!"

- Gabriela M.

"I worked with Russell with the hypermobility program and I can’t recommend it enough! It was very informative and helpful to be able to build strength gradually and safely while including information specific for hypermobile folks to exercise and strength train without worry of injury."

- Monica W.

"Russell is amazing! Very attuned to issues involving hypermobility, and the first physio who was able to eliminate my longstanding knee pain. I appreciate him immensely!"

- Cynthia G.

"I’ve struggled with injuries and pain for years, especially due to my hypermobility and past concussions. Every time I tried to get into a good workout routine, I’d end up sidelined by injury or discomfort, particularly with upper body exercises.

That all changed when I found Russell’s program. Over the past three months, Russell has taken a customized approach to my fitness, focusing on exercises that support my unique body and addressing my specific concerns, like my neck and exercise-induced headaches.

Thanks to his guidance, I’ve been able to return to the gym with confidence, injury-free, and am making real progress. I’m so grateful for the support and expertise Russell has provided, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for personalized health and wellness coaching. I’m excited to see what’s next in my fitness journey with Russell’s help"
